Bookings
A booking is subject to availability and confirmation by Navkar Photography. Dates, services, deliverables and fees should be confirmed in writing before the assignment.
Payments and cancellation
Any advance, balance, cancellation or rescheduling terms will be based on the agreement provided for the specific assignment.
Client cooperation
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, schedules, venue information and any permissions required for photography or filming.
Delivery and usage
Final photographs and films are delivered according to the agreed scope and timeline. Copyright and client usage rights are governed by the applicable project agreement.
